Limitations and Disclaimers:

• Company cannot guarantee removal of all content from internet archives or third-party sites
• Some content may be permanently archived by platforms
• Company is not responsible for platform policy changes or account suspensions
• Results may vary based on platform policies and content age

MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

Definition of Confidential Information includes:

• All social media account credentials and access information
• Personal photographs, posts, messages, and digital content
• Personal and professional information revealed during the service
• Client's identity and the fact that they are using cleanup services
• Business methods, processes, and proprietary techniques used by Company

Both parties agree to:

• Keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential
• Not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent
• Use Confidential Information solely for the purpose of providing/receiving the agreed services
• Take reasonable security measures to protect Confidential Information
• Return or destroy all Confidential Information upon request or completion of services

Data Handling Specifics:

• Access client accounts only for the agreed-upon services
• Not download, copy, or retain client content beyond what is necessary for service delivery
• Use secure, encrypted methods for any data transmission
• Delete all client access credentials immediately upon service completion
